Who this is for
The owner or principal of a school or college anywhere in India with 200 to 5,000 students. Parents already pay for tuition outside. Teachers cannot be in sixty homes at 11 PM. You may have signed an edtech contract before and watched it go unused.

Report.
On the 5th of every month, your institution receives a report for every class: tests and marks, the change since last month, topics completed, active days. Counts and marks, never a word of what was asked.
In English or Hindi. Beside the Loop sits an Upload tab: a student drops in a PDF, a Word or PowerPoint file, a photo of their notes or a recording of the lecture, and gets summary notes, flashcards, a quiz, and audio in six formats and 31 languages, with a transcript to read along.
Why it works
Nearly a thousand students.
Help that hands over the answer is a crutch: marks rise at home and fall in the exam hall. Help that makes the student write the answer, and marks it, stays with them. The Loop is built so the student does the work and you see it.

How it starts
From your list to your first report.
Day 0
You sign the one-page agreement and send your student list in our sheet: name, class, date of birth, and a parent’s contact for anyone under 18.
Day 1
Every account is open and every student has a login slip. Nothing to install on your side. Nothing for a parent to pay at an app store.
Weeks 1 and 2
We come to your campus: an onboarding session with the students and a parent evening with you. Your syllabus is already in the app, or added within one week of signing if it is not.
The 5th of every month
Your report, class by class, by email, to the people you name.
Year end
We promote every class, reissue lost logins, and renewal is one line.

Every account is open within 24 hours of your list.

If either is late, we add that month to your year at no cost, and we keep working until both are done.
What it takes from you
- Sarthi is for every student in the classes you choose, and the fee is part of the school or college fee.
- One named coordinator who reads the report every month.
- One announcement to parents, and the parent evening on your campus; we make the case, you host it.
- Your list within a week of signing.
What we will never do
- One year at a time: no lock-in, no loans, no EMIs.
- We never call your parents.
- Your teachers keep the classroom; Sarthi goes home with the student.

CBSE, Class 5 to 12, in English and Hindi, with Science, Commerce and Arts in Classes 11 and 12; Maharashtra State Board, Class 5 to 10 in English and Hindi, and Class 11 Science and Commerce in English.

MUHS (BAMS, BHMS, BPT and B.Sc Nursing); SPPU, engineering in seven branches and B.Sc in twelve subjects, first to third year; MSBTE diploma, 33 branches, all three years.

Safe under the law
Through you, and never read by us.
- A student under 18 joins only through you; your signed agreement carries the parent’s consent the DPDP Act requires.
- We do not read your students’ chats, and neither can our own team: the report counts, it never quotes.
- Servers and database in Mumbai.
- No ads, no data sold.
- Our AI provider is barred by contract from training on student content.
Your teachers
Teacher accounts are available to your institution on request: lecture notes from the board’s own chapter, a diagram for the projector, a question paper in four formats, marked by Sarthi when the answers come back. Never used to judge a teacher.
Price
One price for every institution, collected with your fees, and a share of every subscription stays with you. The numbers are in the brief we bring to the meeting.
